How to Use It (It's that simple!)

1. Place: Rest the Photizo head gently on the area.
2. Press: Push the ON button for a 31-second dose.
3. Hold: Keep it in place. For surface areas, one cycle is enough; for larger muscle and joint areas, run two cycles (about 60 seconds).
4. Move: Shift to the next spot. You're done!
