Returns & Refunds

At Arumi Companions, we stand behind the quality of our PEMF wellness devices.
If a PEMF device is not suitable for your needs, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Applies to first-time PEMF device purchases only
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Device must be returned complete and in good condition
- Original packaging must be included where possible
- Devices showing misuse, physical damage, or excessive wear may not be eligible
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the device is faulty.
This satisfaction guarantee applies to product suitability only and does not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes.
Accessories & Non-Electronic Products
Accessories and non-electronic items (including covers, wraps, straps, and similar products) are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they:
- Are unused
- Are in original condition
- Are returned in original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, some accessories may be non-returnable once opened unless faulty.

Products returned showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess suitability may be subject to a reduction in refund value or refusal of return, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Serial Number & Fraud Prevention Clause
Product Identification & Fraud Prevention
Certain electronic products sold by Arumi Companions may include unique serial numbers or identifying markers.
These identifiers are recorded during fulfilment for quality control and warranty verification.
Returns may be refused if:
- The serial number does not match the original order record
